A sincere, tasty champagne, made from Chardonnay and a blend of the 2010 and 2011 vintage. The nose is dominated by peach aromas, melon and a few fresh herbs, while fresh citrus aromas, crisp acidity, red currants and a handful of strawberries take over on the palate. A precise dosage conferes pleasant roundness and full-bodiedness. A champagne “blanc de blancs” without frills, which wikll entertain your taste buds for sure and will accompany your solemn and friendly moments with its lightness and cheerful character.

SUGGESTIONS FOR OMNIVORES: It likes canapes from fresh cheese and salmon (smoked or not), fish carpaccios, asparagus, cold-tipped terrines of vegetables, fish or poultry, as well as light lemon pastries.
