  You should forget the out-dated image of furry Cahors wines scratching the palate ... Modern Cahors is a true charmer. Malbec gives us wonderful wines on this complex terroir. In good hands it makes full and harmonious, but above all tasty wines!

  It’s a true love story that connects us to this restaurant.   When all the grapes have been picked, when fermentations are over and the last grapes have been pressed, silence finally returns to the cellar.
