Copenhagen-based restaurant NOMA has been named best restaurant in the world at the San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards 2010.
Noma, run by 32 year old Rene Redzepi, replaced the spanish Ell Bulli restaurant, which has held the title for the last 4 years.
« Châteaubriand » in Paris is the highest-ranking French restaurant at number 11, while « Schloss Schauenstein » in Switzerland is the highest new entry at rank 30.
